Project Settings
Manage project details, priority, status, and configuration
What are Project Settings?
Project settings allow project owners to manage all aspects of a project, including its name, description, priority, status, progress, dates, and more. Only project owners can modify these settings.
Accessing Project Settings
Navigate to Project
Open the project you want to manage from your Projects page
Open Settings Tab
Click on the "Settings" tab in the project navigation. Only project owners will see the settings options.
Updating Project Details
Basic project information you can modify
Name
Change the project name. This is displayed throughout the application and should be clear and descriptive.
Emoji
Update the project emoji to visually identify it. Choose from the emoji picker to select a new emoji.
Description
Update the project description to reflect its current purpose and goals. This helps team members understand what the project is about.
Managing Priority and Status
Control how your project is prioritized and tracked

Set the project priority level:
Status
Update the project status:
Progress
Update the progress percentage (0-100) to reflect how much of the project has been completed. This helps track project completion and is included in the AI briefing.
Setting Project Dates
Track project timelines with start and end dates
Start Date
Set or update the project start date. This helps with timeline tracking and planning. You can set this when creating the project or update it later.
End Date
Set or update the target completion date. This is useful for deadline tracking and helps the AI briefing understand project timelines.
Archiving Projects
When to Archive
Archive projects that are completed, cancelled, or no longer active. Archived projects are hidden from your main Projects list but can be accessed later if needed.
How to Archive
In Project Settings, scroll to the bottom and click "Archive Project". Confirm the action. The project will be archived and removed from active project lists.
Unarchiving
To unarchive a project, go to your Projects page and toggle "Show Archived". Find the archived project and click "Unarchive" to restore it.
Project Limits by Plan
Different plans have different limits for projects
3 projects per organization. Archive projects to create new ones within the limit.

- •Update progress regularly to keep the AI briefing accurate and help your team track completion
